MRI Safety

Once inside the 5 G line, ferrous metallic objects can become projectiles. All non-MRI compatible electronic equipment should be placed within this boundary. The 5 G line demarcates the outer boundary of zone 4. It represents the highest level of the magnetic field and is located closest to the MRI magnet.
